A trillion-cut Swiss blue topaz with diamonds, mounted in 18k white gold. Around the stone, high-polished gold sends light back into its electric blue, illuminating both the topaz and the wearer. The 18 mm pendant hangs from a 1.9 mm cable chain of 18k white gold, 19 inches long. From the Shield collection, alongside the citrine.
